Printed copies of The Gazette are available for free at all university campuses. Yearly subscriptions of the paper may be purchased for $26. Please send a letter of request and a check payable to The Gazette to: The Gazette The Johns Hopkins University Suite 540 901 S. Bond St. Baltimore, MD 21231
Submitting Copy
To inquire about submitting material for publication in The Gazette, contact the editor at 443-287-9900 or gazette@jhu.edu as much in advance as possible. Deadline for receiving copy is generally 10 a.m. Monday one week prior to publication.
The Weekly Calendar
The Calendar is for the use of the Hopkins community and includes events sponsored by the university’s divisions, departments, offices and groups and also other events taking place on the various campuses. Events appear at the discretion of the editor. The deadline is noon on the Monday prior to the issue in which the event should appear.
To submit an item, use our electronic calendar form or e-mail the information to gazette@jhu.edu. You also may mail or deliver the information to The Gazette at Suite 540, 901 S. Bond St., Baltimore, MD 21231, or fax it to 443-287-9898. Be sure to include a contact name and phone number.
Classifieds
Classifieds are a free service for current faculty, staff and students. We do not run items offered by non-university affiliates.
- To submit a listing, use our electronic classifieds form or e-mail your submission to gazads@jhu.edu. You also may mail or deliver the information to The Gazette at Suite 540, 901 S. Bond St., Baltimore, MD 21231, or fax it to 443-287-9898. Be sure to include your name, university affilitation and a daytime phone number. We will not accept classifieds by phone.
- Classifieds are due by noon on the Monday prior to the issue in which they are to run. To repeat your item, you must submit a new request each week.
- Classifieds are limited to 20 words including phone/fax/e-mail. Longer submissions will be edited at our discretion. University phone numbers and e-mail addresses cannot be used.
- Boxed classifieds are paid advertising. See below.

The printed version of The Gazette accepts display advertising and paid boxed classifieds, which can be purchased through the Gazelle Group at 410-343-3362 or gazellegrp@comcast.net.
