Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer to speak at SAIS
Stephen Breyer, U.S. Supreme Court associate justice, will give the annual Rostov Lecture on International Affairs at SAIS at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31. Breyer’s talk is titled “The Court and Foreign Law.”

Established in 1990, the Rostov Lecture on International Affairs honors the memory of Johns Hopkins alumnus Charles Rostov, the former chairman of Trans-Ocean, who was a longtime supporter of the university’s efforts to improve our understanding of countries around the world and to build stronger relationships with those nations.
