Head of U.K. Financial Services Authority to speak at SAIS

Adair Turner, chairman of the U.K. Financial Services Authority, will give the annual Rostov Lecture on International Affairs at SAIS at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 19. Turner has overseen the FSA, the regulator of the financial service industry in the U.K., since 2008. He will speak about “Shadow Banking, Prudential Risk and Social Value.”  […]
